Follow His Follow His Presence

Exodus 33:14-15 Amplified Bible (AMP)

14And the Lord said, My Presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.

15And Moses said to the Lord, If Your Presence does not go with me, do not carry us up from here!

Dear Woman of God,

As we journey through this life, many doors will appear to open for us. However, we must learn to determine which doors to walk through and which doors to choose not to walk through. We must learn to acknowledge the Lord in all of our ways and ask Him to direct our paths. We must also learn to allow the Lord to place us where He chooses and not to take the lead because of our own fears, motives, desires and wisdom. We must learn to give up control and recognize that God has a plan for all of our lives and He sees beyond today. Moses recognized that if the Lord’s presence did not follow him and his people that the Lord’s favor/grace also wouldn’t follow. We too must choose to only go where the Lord’s presence goes and to turn away from any paths that do not lead to the presence of God .We must settle in our hearts that where God leads He also provides!

“Dear Lord, place me where you choose—I know that where you place me your spirit will be and where you lead me your presence will await my arrival.”
